Soulfood was born from my conviction that people are hungry for lives with purpose and thirsty for meaningful connection with others.  I believe it’s possible for all of us to find that purpose and connection we long for by re-connecting with the deep truth which lies within us all.

I offer a lifetime of experience helping people tap into their natural human wisdom and put that wisdom to work in everyday life.  The result:  practical strategies for more satisfying lives – at work, at home, and in the community.

Soulfood presentations invite participants to take an honest look at life situations and discover ways to make them better.  This leads to more satisfying relationships and more productive lives.  By helping people discover solutions from within their own knowledge and experience, the Soulfood approach can encourage lasting change.

It’s my goal to help you live as your best self every day.

Soul Friendship

I can provide a listening ear to help you think through your spiritual questions and the movement of your life.  If you'd like some one-on-one conversation about what matters most to you, call for more information or to schedule an appointment.  (218.791.8687)

I recommend that those who want to do in depth work exploring where Spirit is moving in their lives schedule a monthly appointment.  The first 50-minute session is $35 so you can try it at a reduced fee.  After that each session is $50.

Life Celebrations

Are you planning a wedding or holy union ceremony, welcoming a new baby, moving into a new home, or saying goodbye to a loved one?  Let me help you plan a ceremony that fits your special life in a special way.  Call 218.791.8687 for a free appointment to talk about your celebration and how I can help make it a moment to remember.

Tuesday Mornings

Pierre Pradervand's The Gentle Art of Blessing gives us a way to send positive energy in difficult situations.  The result? More peace for ourselves and others.  We're discussing this book on Tuesdays from 10-11 at the East Grand Forks Public Library.  This book group is free and open to all.

The Four Agreements

Next class begins on September 18

We'll discuss The Four Agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz to learn how our lives have been shaped by the agreements (rules) we live by.  Then we'll learn how to put the FOUR new agreements into practice to find inner peace and joyful living.  The 5-week class meets at The Twelve Houses, 2017 DeMers Ave from 6:30-8:00 pm.  A $50 fee is due the first class meeting.  Books are available from The Twelve Houses.

Class returns October 17!

A lively video introduces us to many contemporary thinkers who want to push the boundaries of traditional Christianity.  We'll join the conversation, asking questions we never dared ask and trying on answers to see which ones fit us.  The class meets at my home Wednesdays from 6:30-7:45 for five weeks. I'll send directions when you register.  A $50 fee is due the first class meeting.  No books/no homework!

What God Wants

Neale Donald Walsch suggests that the judgment we inflict on ourselves and others has nothing to do with God.  God offers unconditional love without expectations.  If you'd like to explore what that means for day-to-day living, join us on Tuesdays beginning October 23. The 5-week class meets at The Twelve Houses, 2017 DeMers Ave from 6:30-8:00 pm.  A $50 fee is due the first class meeting.  Books are available from The Twelve Houses.
